Founded in 1985, Landmark Commercial is comprised of over 20 successful real estate companies that have evolved from various principals over the past 5 decades, being heavily involved in residential and commercial land development, residential homebuilding, commercial building, and property management.

Our award-winning home building division has been a prominent figure in the affordable housing market of Southeastern North Carolina, primarily in New Hanover and surrounding counties. Having developed more than 50 flourishing communities over the years, we remain distinguished by providing outstanding value and service.
Our Growth Since '80s
Since the 1980’s, Landmark has continued to expand a portfolio of commercial investment properties through development and acquisition. Today, the commercial holdings include approximately 550,000 square feet of office, retail, medical, flex space, and industrial buildings that are managed by our experienced in-house property management team.
